Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniquesMonitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident condition changesSupport meal service and ensure nutritional needs are metCommunicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary teamMaintain clean, safe resident environments and equipmentParticipate in resident activities and social engagement programs
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Reliable transportation to flexible shift locations
