Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) accurately.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Document patient care activities and daily progress logs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain certification through our training program).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
