Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Support meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create personalized care plans
- Report observations and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- No CNA experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
