Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision
- Assist patients with daily activities and ensure comfort
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Support nurses with clinical tasks as directed
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Current Minnesota CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (we provide training)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
