Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking.
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care needs.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in their care plans.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required (We provide full training!).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and lift for extended periods.
- Current CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
