Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care according to established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Florida RN license (required)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
