Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
- Prepare meals and ensure patients maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient calls and inquiries with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- Active and current CNA Certification (State of KY or OH required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate nature with a focus on patient well-being.
