Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to patients.
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to implement and update patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current and active Tennessee CNA certification.
- CPR and BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED required.
