Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision and maintain medication logs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to patient progress updates
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of professional CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passionate about patient care with strong empathy skills
