Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call lights.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license currently active in the state of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
