Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) to residents
- Monitor vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Respond to resident calls and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists on care plans
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident environments
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Availability for rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and health screening
