Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, accurately.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using walkers or wheelchairs.
- Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary restrictions and feeding plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience necessary – we train our own!
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- CPR certification is a bonus (training available).
