Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation as required by facility policy.

Qualifications
- Current New York State (NYS) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
