Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rates.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding patient status and care plans.
- Assist with feeding and nutrition as prescribed by the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid CNA Certification in the state of California (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
