Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required (we provide on-the-job training).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate demeanor and a desire to help others.
