Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Support the nursing team with wound care, medication administration (as delegated), and procedure assistance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment at all times.
- Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Nevada.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and stand for extended periods.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
