Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking with wheelchairs or walkers.
- Document patient health records and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License required (Graduates eligible to apply).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
