Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in home health, assisted living, and hospital settings
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding) and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Ensure sterile environments and proper infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Tennessee or Texas
- Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation for travel between facilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
