Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Support medical staff during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Transport patients to and from different areas of the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and stand for extended periods.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
