Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance to ensure patient comfort and hygiene.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, accurately and timely.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, including transferring and walking, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and family members regarding patient status and daily care updates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with facility standards.
- Support patients with daily living activities and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current and valid California CNA License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
- Willingness to participate in our mentorship and training programs.
