Responsibilities

  • Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Regularly check and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Support patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating as needed.
  • Medication Assistance: Administer prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Patient Mobility: Safely assist patients with ambulation and transfer techniques to prevent falls.

Qualifications
