We are looking for CNAs who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and eager to make a difference in the lives of San Francisco residents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and overall patient condition, reporting any changes immediately to the supervising RN.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Manage and update patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system from remote locations.
- Coordinate care schedules and communicate effectively with remote physicians and specialists.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered California CNA License.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in geriatric or home health care is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
