Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure patient safety protocols are maintained
- Support patient emotional well-being through active listening and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments following infection control standards

Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent acute care or long-term experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
