Your Role
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care and ensure the comfort and safety of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer medication as directed by licensed nurses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current Texas State CNA or LPN license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts.
