Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patient vitals, document assessments, and report critical changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
- Lead rapid response interventions during emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in telemetry/ICU preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience highly valued)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
