Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current and active California CNA or LPN license.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
