Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers to ensure safety.
- Document patient care activities and medical records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized patient environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA certification (state license required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
