Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring during on-site night shifts
- Coordinate telehealth monitoring sessions from remote command center, interpreting patient data and alerting RNs when intervention is needed
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation for both in-person and virtual care interactions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Facilitate patient-family communication via our secure messaging platform during remote shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team using HIPAA-compliant telehealth systems
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols during both on-site and remote coverage
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (training provided)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently during remote monitoring periods
- Flexibility to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (8PM-6AM or 10PM-8AM)
- Strong critical thinking skills for remote triage situations
- Reliable internet connection for remote shift components
