Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in EMR systems
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
- Collaborate with RNs on patient care plans and intervention strategies
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Availability to work 3 rotating night shifts weekly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
