Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care to patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts (7pm-7am)
