Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Accurately document patient vitals, meal intake, and behavioral changes
- Administer medications under nurse supervision with precise documentation

- Monitor patient conditions and report concerns immediately to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification in good standing
