Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care activities accurately and maintain resident records
- Support residents with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary - we provide paid training!
- Current Colorado CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (we provide training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate nature
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
