Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during overnight shifts in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient vitals, progress, and critical changes
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Provide mentorship to new nursing staff during overnight rotations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (Florida required)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing with 1+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) with PALS preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts including weekends
- Experience with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
