Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Support meal services and ensure dietary needs are met
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Report changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical stamina for lifting/resident assistance
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license preferred
- Must obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
