Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and document resident observations
- Provide mobility assistance and range-of-motion exercises
- Transport residents safely within the facility
- Assist with meal service and hydration
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Participate in care planning meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required - we train new CNAs!
- Current Kansas CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear background check and drug screen
