Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident observations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly residents

- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Must obtain CNA certification within 90 days (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
