Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Support social and recreational activities to enhance quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting and standing for extended periods
