About The Role
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and provide emotional support to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Prepare meals and assist patients with feeding as necessary.
- Transport patients to medical appointments or therapy sessions.
- Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification through our training program (we offer guidance).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.
- CPR certification is preferred but not required upon hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
