Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Support patients' emotional and social needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required (training provided)
