Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Document care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in remote training modules and scheduling
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and health screening
- Basic computer skills for remote tasks

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
