Responsibilities
- Del compassionate direct patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
- Educate patients/families on discharge protocols and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs with clear SBAR communication
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing from accredited program
- Active AZ RN license (or eligible upon hire)
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- No experience required – new graduates welcome!
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (flexible day/night options)
- Basic ECG interpretation skills
- Proficient in Epic EMR systems
- Valid AZ driver's license (for mobile unit roles)
