Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Assist patients with mobility transfers and use of mobility devices
- Support patients with daily living activities and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – we provide paid training!
- Current Tennessee CNA certification or willingness to obtain during employment
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for documentation
