Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident conditions
- Provide nutritional support during meal service
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Report changes in resident status promptly
- Support social and recreational activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ohio CNA certification (will be provided)
