Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and treatment areas
- Support emotional well-being through active listening and reassurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient dignity and confidentiality
