Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support nurses in maintaining a clean, safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Participate in shift reports and team care conferences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
