Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care as directed by nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification in the State of Illinois is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients safely.
- Compassionate and patient-centered mindset.
