Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, compassionate patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transferring them safely to and from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to patient dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Document patient care activities and report any changes in condition or concerns to the charge nurse immediately.
