As a CNA on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients in their homes and community settings. We pride ourselves on our supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and commitment to employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Qualifications
- Current State of Ohio CNA certification (CNA 1).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a home health or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Clean background check and drug screen required.
