Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and families regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current Florida State CNA License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
