Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with daily living activities and meal services
- Collaboration with nursing staff for patient care plans
- Maintaining clean and safe patient environments
- Responding promptly to patient call lights and needs
- Supporting emotional well-being through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer skills for documentation
